Testament

Wills are written to protect property, and to avoid future disputes. When you write a will, you also have a golden opportunity to protect property as individual property. This means that the heir who has bequeathed the individual property does not need to share it with others in the future. This property is then protected.

A will can be rewritten, then the most recently written will apply. It is possible to write a joint will, or an individual one. It is common for wills to be written for the benefit of individuals, but also for associations and organisations.
